Respectfully, I completely disagree about the live chat option. Sony does this for their products, and it's completely atrocious. If the queue is anything more than five people, you can wait for a completely variable amount of time (could be 2 minutes, could be 10 minutes, could be 60 minutes).
If you are not receiving the emails from support, make sure your email account is secured. It may have been compromised. Also, check your spam/junk folder. If you continue to have issue, create a new email account, secure it, and use it to contact the CS Team (you can use the 'Anonymous' feature to contact Support without logging in). Good luck.
