Yes, you can use a GoPro to live stream on YouTube. GoPro cameras are designed for capturing high-quality video, so they are well-suited for live streaming on YouTube. You’ll need to make sure that your GoPro is connected to a computer, and then you can use software like OBS or Streamlabs to stream the video onto YouTube.
GoPro is also adding live-streaming functionality to its Hero 8, Hero 7 Black, and Max cameras, though you’ll need to subscribe to the company’s GoPro Plus service, which costs $4.99 per month
Connect the micro HDMI cable to the GoPro and the other end to the cam dongle and turn on your GoPro. Go onto the camera settings on your PC and select HDMI output. Select ‘Live’ for uninterrupted streaming. On the streaming or live calling app, select GoPro as your camera source.
Hi Keith, would love to get on the list to beta test for GoPro use. We live stream 3 separate teams through GoPro's website but use GameChanger for everything else so using GameChanger exclusively all in one would be ideal. Would be more than happy to test out and give feedback! Totally interested here as well.
